fleeting flicker captivates
brief celebration
plumage speaks volumes
come to me sweet lady bird
dance within my wings
bright blossoms to bees
irresistable teases
purple siren call

As I was leaving the house yesterday I spied a large hawk in our front yard. As he flew away I realized he had a young squirrel in his grasp. Incredible sight.
