Man that is abso brill. It reminded me of the xmas I feel foul of my sister 13 years older than me and certainly old enough to know better and wound up at the only one at the Christmas p2 party dressed in ordinary clothes when everyone else was all dressed as angles and all and the boy i sat beside in the class, said, ‘Who are you meant to be?’ And I said ‘Myself.’

Wow! That was brilliant of you! At that age I’d probably have faked an illness and gone home early!

well..the night before having stood up to being marched into the snow after the 18 year old student teacher sister had run to mum about how I would not give the baby Jesus the coat of fur in the Rocking Carol she insisted I learn, when all I wanted to do was play with my goddamn lego;, and shown the angel wings and fancy dress I would have if I started singing, and told the dire consequences if I didn’t, I guess aged 6 I thought …on yirself. And alas I also guess that was a defining moment.
