I’m still eating (mostly) vegan, but this post chronicles the beginning. And guess what?! I’m at my lowest weight in ten years and I feel great! More on this in the future.

Well, we have cut red meat down to the bare minimum and totally chagned a lot of thigns we eat and I agree that you do feel much healthier x

I ate lunch with David today and had meat. Of all days. Now my stomach is saying bad things.

I think it gives you indigestion. When we do have meat and we have cut steak and casserole steak, I will make a chilli or pasty and literally it is mainly veg with a teaspoon of red meat. I think in many ways the fat on it is purty bad. I certainly don’t have indigestion now when I eat red meat and like that, it is prob once a month. But I also find I don’t get breathless the way I sued to ..cos my lungs ain’t brill, so that has been another benefit.
