Really intense storms here on and off this morning. I had a dr.’s appointment at 8 and drove through some nasty stuff. Stay dry!

I’m at the mall looking for a bodacious har to wear to a Kentucky derby party on May 4. It’s great fun; although, I look more like Mrs. Ed than a southern lady.

I have a good friend who moved to coastal Oregon a few years ago. She and I compare weather notes all the time. They’re more cloudy, we’re more prone to tropical storms.

Coastal Oregon is beautiful. I like it much more than our own coast. I also like that we don’t have to worry about hurricanes 😉
