On a scale of one to ten, with one being the lowest and ten being phenomenal, my productivity level today has hovered right at a negative eight—below slug level. As is my right as a citizen of the state of Florida on this pollen-dusted spring day, I’m blaming my lack of progress on seasonal allergies.

Okay, the antihistamine is kicking in, I’m not sneezing anymore, but now I can’t keep my eyes open.
Peace, and gesundheit, people!
Allergies leave you feeling like a wet dishcloth, I reckon. Hang in there, winter will come again!

**Turns windshield wipers on to get the pollen off, then washes windows. Still has not left driveway** They never talk about this little joy of living in Florida. Hope you fell better soon.

Thank you! I feel like I should buy stock in Benadryl.

I’m wondered if you can develop it? Because I don’t think I ever used to these problems when the weather started to change, especially with the flowers and Spring.

I can’t remember having these issues as a kid, but I grew up in a very dry part of the country.

Obviously unpleasant. I hope it doesn’t last too long

I try not to take any medicine, and I find that wearing my anti-covid mask helps …

The mask seems to have helped some this year. I need to begin using my neti pot again.

I’m right with you! Today’s especially bad for me. You have my deepest sympathy. It’s terrible. Claritin and Benadryl don’t even help much when the pollen count is at its max. Ugh! You know, the next time I create a new character I’m giving her or him severe allergies! Ironically, I binge watched season 10 of Murder in Paradise on Britbox last night and the lead detective had terrible allergies. Lol it was rather humorous. I think my version will be more realistic. We are not hypochondriacs! These symptoms are real! Ahhhchew!
