Learning to Love Again

Does anyone else feel a sense of lightness since the Biden administration took over from the previous potus? Are you sleeping better? Enjoying ordinary stuff that you feared was gone forever?

I know I am. Good, eight hour nights of deep sleep. No more high blood pressure or indigestion. As God is my witness. I’ll never take this feeling for granted again.

Peace, people.

  1. Even in a country in another hemisphere, we feel so much relief. To be able to watch the news and see normal, smiling people in charge of your country again is just wonderful.

Stay strong and healthy, Pres B and VP H. ❤

  2. I miss the tweets……it became an addiction. I do not miss him , I wish he was dead, but I got used to the entertainment value of the tweets….Biden has already done more good things, especially on the world scene than the 45th…….he will be a very stabilizing , positive President…..when they are boring to hear, they are usually good Presidents

      1. God yes. My fav line of hers is, ‘I want everyone who has EVER been mean to me to be pea-green with envy.’ Forget all this being nice shit in life, show me someone who has NOT thought like that at some point.

  3. I have such a joyful moment every time I see images of the people at the White House wearing masks. Some old video of Trump popped up yesterday with his cronies lined up behind him, all mask-less. No more mini super spreaders makes me happy.

  4. Oh my gosh—I am breathing again! There are smiles on faces, and things are getting done–in a good way. I love this ‘new way’ of governing. What a breath of fresh air. I figured the past 4 years was a test, and we needed to get it right.

  5. Ha! I do feel much better and much happier. Amazing to be able to turn on the news without a feeling of dread about “what did he do today?” I wish I could say I was sleeping better, but I still have some anxiety and insomnia problems that I imagine will continue for as long as the pandemic and the lockdown continues.
