Honestly I can identify 3 kinds of flowers: roses, daisies, and tulips. Everything else is “flower.”

I am much the same my darling. We moved here two and a half years back and my Mr often puts piccies up on facebook asking what is this? I know wee primmyroses cos I have a bowl near my door and they are actually from primmies that he gave my sister over 30 years ago when she moved house. We bought her house after afew years when she moved again and I loved the primmies but they died off, went elsewhere etc and they were gone for years. The spring we were selling up, after nearly 30 years in that house this little clump appeared back. I kid you not, so I got them into a pot and flitted them.

I used to watch them springing up in everyone else’s gardens, plainly migrating x
