A million voices multiplied
Who will Trump have crucified?
Vote third party, risk it all
Watch our country in free fall.
Soothe a conscience so betrayed
Bernie laid it out, dismayed
Until we all perceive the threat
And rally round our candidate.
We suffer from our hubris grand
And so will fall in hate’s last stand.
A trip through life with fingers crossed and eternal optimism.
Doing the best I can with what I have
kind of sad, but not so bad with cheese. cheese not provided.

I agree with Yvonne, and hird (and fourth) party votes are the real risk. If you can access it, do read the Paul Krugman Sept 19 editorial in the NYTimes “Vote as if it matters” in which he explains how most voters who are thinking of voting for the 3rd party don’t even realise what that platform stands for !!

I know I’ve said it so many times in my comments, but the thought of Donald Trump winning is absolutely terrifying. I hope Democrats who dislike this aspect or that aspect of Hillary Clinton’s platform or background will nevertheless come to their senses and vote for her. Whatever baggage she may have (and in my own personal opinion much of this is massively overblown and the result of a kind of Hillary Derangement Syndrome), surely no one can deny that she’s qualified, competent and sane–three adjectives not commonly associated with her opponent.

As much as the Trump supporters worry me I believe the biggest threat are those who will vote third party.
