I’m trying to come up with something for dinner that has no calories.
Tempting, but Studly Doright doesn’t like to hear me (or anyone else) crunch their food.
How about settling for LOW calorie instead of NO calorie:
I wonder if the fruit slices and garnish are figured in the caloric total, because I’m certainly going to eat those, as well.
If I could find a way to ungain the weight I’ve repeatedly lost over the years I’d be the skinny woman I know lives somewhere inside me.


Bananas make a good smoothie. Vodka makes good smoothies awesome.

You’ll probably need to eat about five pounds of these to get a quarter cup of quinoa but nobody said dieting was easy.

Snap. You know I am not prone to boasting save for one aspect of life. For the last 14 years I have boasted, bored people rigid with tales of how I lost weight (massive amounts) and kept it off mainly due to my high complex carb veggie diet…a diet that has long since taken me out of the diabetic zone. Well I now discover I am massively short of B12 vitamin! Basically proves I know nothing all told! In short, there is no answer aside from starvation…bloody shame really!
