the intricacies of being:
trillions of cells,
beautifully fragile
tragically expendable
i am,
you are,
we exist
as miracles
the meaning of life
is that we are,
but that we won’t
always be.

Yes, it opened for me. Astounding. What surprised me most was the number of reactions in our cells per second.

Great, thoughtful poem. The video played fine for me. Incidentally, are those things in the photograph novelty painted dishes? If so, I’d love a set. Who wouldn’t want to eat their doughnut off a mitochondria?
