If anyone ever writes my biography they should use the title “A Day Late and A Dollar Short.” Truly everything I’ve ever done has been “assbackwards” to use my mother’s terminology.
Case in point: I published my book, Mayhem at the Happy Valley Motor Inn and Resort, on Amazon on November 30, 2020, but it didn’t occur to me to create an author page on Facebook until March, and now it’s April and I finally realized I probably need an author page on Amazon, as well. Every other author I know created both prior to publishing,
At any rate, here’s the link to my Amazon page. I should have called it “About Damned Time.”: https://www.amazon.com/Leslie-Noyes/e/B091S7J61W?ref_=dbs_p_ebk_w0m_abau_000000&fbclid=IwAR3gbyRG0Iq0CmkaGdIfmQ_agxWBIzz3NsKAcg-tM3mghjtUqs_L-JLEHoY
It’s nothing fancy—mostly because I only vaguely understood what it was I was supposed to do. Honestly, I need a minder to hold my hand and guide me through every minute of every day.
Or a genie! That’d work.

Peace, people.
Understood or not it looks a very enticing page to me. Great reviews

I already reviewed your book in 2020 when it came out. On Amazon I’m Lollyk.

You bet! In my picture on Amazon I still had my long hair. It was pre- cancer and my hair recently grew back all gray! I decided to embrace the gray. I suppose I should update that photo but its rather fun to see myself with long straight hair and not the wild wavy mess that grew back. Lol

I’m trying to work up to embracing my gray! Sure would save money!

I did so many things out of order it’s not even funny. Good thing you’re figuring it all out now and getting it in place before you release too many more books. It won’t be that big of a deal because of those additional books. When you’ve only written one and quite possible will only ever write one, it makes things a whole lot stickier.

I just keep wondering what other things I should’ve done that I haven’t!

Thanks! I didn’t want to be too weird, but a little weird is good, right?

Self-publishing is one big exercise in “making it up as you go along.”
