How I Spent My Evening

Studly Doright played a round of golf last night, so I spent my evening on our screened-in back porch. My time was well spent, and I chronicled my experience on Facebook. Oh, wine consumption was involved.

And if that wasn’t exciting enough….

Of course, at some point the excitement must wane…

Here’s my view:

Sans squirrels, gators, and frogs.

Wishing you a gator-free evening.

Peace, people.

      1. The last time we were in Florida…. We would sit every night out on the decking over a lake. We were dead chuffed to have it to ourselves, with our drinks and cards. The girls were all grown up so this was a nice family departure. Then we found out that the reason it was deserted was alligators had arrived there and we were the only 4 idiots doing it….

      1. Oh my gosh, that is terrifying!
Lots of people fear sharks, but I fear alligators as bad as those people fear sharks (ok, I am scared of sharks too, but they come in second on my list). Very glad to live in Arizona where there are neither.

  1. I watched ants. Crawling. On the deck. In a line. Going to the second (not third) flower box on the railing. Disappearing someplace (not in the soil or plant) and coming back with a morsel which they carried back along the loooooooooooong railing. I was too tired (full of half a glass of beer) to stand up and do gymnastics to figure out where they go the food from. You know like walk to the box, bend over, turn my head… lol

MY entertainment (and then I crashed at 8 pm.) lol
