Iโm not even the least bit lit. I might be today after I fight the cats for the right to decorate.

The really sad thing is, Studly Doright did all of the hard work. I just supervised. Still, that was strenuous.

Strenuous…lol! Great choice of word!

It looks so festive! I hope the cats give you decoration priority, but that may be asking too much . . .

Getting all mine done this year seemed to be 10 times the normal amount of work and absolutely kicked my butt, so I totally understand being worn out.

Knowing that only Studly, the cats, and I will even see the tree makes the task both easier and much less rewarding.

That isn’t exactly true, though. If you share pictures, we ALL get to enjoy it with you. I love seeing how other people decorate. It is so much fun!

well you are doing better than me, my tree isn’t even up…every year it seems to take ages for the Christmas spirit to kick in ๐ฆ

oh Studly! Me and Moth keep saying yeah we will, but no we havent…and then there is Dexter the pup, he has never seen Christmas before, there goes our beautiful tree and decorations. He is still destroying EVERYTHING. Last night he chewed a hole in the sheet and my pillow case! Honestly

Oh dear! My youngest cat has anxiety issues and has taken to peeing on everything. Iโm trying to find ways to prevent her marking the Christmas decorations.

I have. The damn cat is so neurotic that itโs take a hundred of those pheromone plug-ins to calm her down. Itโs a good thing I love her dearly.

Oh dear, that is bad. Poor thing

I know! I spend at least an hour a day searching for and cleaning up her messes.

Our Zorro occasionally poops in the bathtub or doormat, but so much easier to cleanup

The flooring in our house is roughly 75% tile and 25% carpet, but guess which surface gets peed on the most? Argh! At least Ive found a good cleaning product.

We have mostly tile too, and yes I can see where your problem is so totally frustrating.
