My back is still not happy with me, but I had to run an errand in Tallahassee. My reward for surviving the trip was a coffee Frappuccino with almond milk at Starbucks.
As I waited for the barista to take my order I sang along with the radio,
“Memory, all alone in the moonlight
I can dream of the old days
I was beautiful then
I remember the time I knew what happiness was
Let the memory live again”
The performance must’ve been really good because I received a standing ovation at the window. Well, the barista was already standing, but she was applauding, as well. That counts for something, right?
Peace, people!
aw. 🙂

Let’s not confuse joy with amusement. 😉

You go, girl.

That’s probably what the barista wanted to say. “You go, girl. Go far, far away.”

Leslie… when I think of a ‘GIG’ you once did at a karaoke night I believe you have come a long way xxx Now Ps….. there is one.. I am doing this line dance number and song soon in the rerun of the Mr’s play with a Yeeha a cowboy hat and all. The song was always there, just not like this. What can I say re the fact I not only stepped in to do it this run, I redirected it too except I was inspired… by your good self.

I’m not sure they’d applaud that!
