1. Those are image files. Have you used any photos or graphics in your posts….ever? Could that be it?

   1. All the time, but they’re always embedded into a titled post.

      1. Image 3942 is on the post regarding the railroad movie theater. I found it by looking at photos on your other site and beginning to save them to my computer and looking at the image name. I did not actually save or open the file, just looked at what it would be called. That is the original name of the image, but if I saved it I could rename it at that point. I hope this solves the misery of the mystery.

      3. This is happening to me too. Almost instantly when I post. Someone looking at the images somehow without opening the post? Its recent of a month or so and I don’t know how it’s happening.

      5. Its been a month or so within seconds I have every picture on that post getting opened. But somehow without a view at the same time. But its every post where ive included an original picture, i.e. not a meme or downloaded image. Seems really suspicious since in almost 3 years that only just started.

      6. This was the first time I’d encountered it, but as soon as I published this post, those four image mentions disappeared.

3. I get that now and then also, Leslie. I think it started for me last year sometime. It’s always an image from a post. Sometimes in fact it’s from a post that officially anyway hasn’t even been viewed, yet an image from it has. I think that’s weird and certainly a bit of an anomaly. But my spidey senses tell me it’s not a hacking or security issue. I hope I’m right. – Marty
