I handled nuclear weapons for a decade during the cold war. Only a crazy person would suggest using these weapons.

Agreed. I worked at a nuclear weapons assembly point for a time. The thought of a madman inflicting nuclear war on the world just to prove his power scares me to death. And we have two such men who are capable of this kind of atrocity.
