It’s the eternal question, I think, both for big things and for small. Take, for example, the three doughnuts I ate for my lunch today. The heart won out that time.

“Listen to the stomach” is excellent advice. At this time of year in particular, I’ve very likely to listen to my stomach (as is everyone else in the immediate vicinity).
