      2. Ha!!! It’s hard these years when my kids won’t be here for Christmas. The only people who’ll see it are Studly and me. Kind of sad.

      3. Awww! Yeah, that would make it hard to want to put much effort in. Might as well just keep it basic, then, unless Studly is gung ho about lots of decoration.

2. yes……..it’s hard when the kids have grown up, my are still local this year, but no next year. Still it’s kind of sad without all the excitement of little kids.

   1. It really is. I love how a finished tree looks, but it seems like a waste of energy if no one will enjoy it.

3. With no kids, we’ve moved on to a small untraditional crazy colour artificial tree. Still have to figure the decorations
