Heads Up

If anyone in my sphere of acquaintances noticed today that I was wearing just one earring, all I have to say is thanks for not saying anything, because I would’ve freaked thinking that I’d lost one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.

The earring was right where I’d left it, in the little bowl where I keep my go to pieces. Whew!

For future reference, though, had I neglected to put on a blouse or jeans, I’d have appreciated a heads up.

Peace, people.

      1. That is a brill idea. They could go in and never be seen again. It is just me Leslie, I keep a tidy house itself but it must be some fancy condition or need in me, to keep my cupboards, all of them whatever they are for, the attic eaves and the utility room like various dogs’ brekkies. You wanna see the grandies’ wee faces when they open them cos we have many cupboards and some quite exciting ones, with hidden bits that go on forever. You can see them thinking…right…. as they just shut the doors again. But here’s the thing and I do mind this boss I had once who had a thing re the way I kept my desk–the run ins were legendary–saying in a reference, he had never seen anything like it, or equally my ability to put a hand instantly on whatever court report, place of safety order, whatever, in seconds from this mess, when needed cos I could. And do you know…. ? I know where everything is in every one of these cupboards and I can fetch it out in seconds too.
