An Upgrade

My corkscrew wine opener suffered a debilitating injury on Tuesday night. In my attempt to fix it I might have gotten a little carried away and now it’s what my mom might have called “all cattywampus.”

I bought a new one on Wednesday.

Out with the old!

And it’s PREMIUM. I know because it says so right on the package. By golly, I’ve moved up in the world. Let’s hope my premium product lives up to the hype. I couldn’t handle another letdown.

Peace, people!

  1. Good on ya. And remember, you can always move to Australia and only need a corkscrew for posh European wines.

We’re still waiting for that result; more wine will be imbibed, all around the globe.

Come on, fat lady … sing!

      1. I’m more nervous now than I was yesterday. It still could go either way. I’m so ashamed of half of my country. How can they support someone like Trump? It shouldn’t even be close.

      2. It just has to be Joe and Kamala who are your leaders. They seem to actually care more about other people than themselves. Know that many people around the world want this for you and your country. ❤
