   1. Well, yes. But black lives have historically taken a back seat to white ones, and that needs to stop. We can no longer dismiss these murders that police officers commit against black men.

      2. I’m not ashamed of being white, but I sure want to go down as an ally for the black community. There’s got to be equality. Nothing else is right until that happens. My just for blacks, but for muslims and gays and every single human being regardless. My heart just feels like a soggy noodle this morning. Hugs.

      2. Sadly, I understand. The ‘racism has been all but eradicated ‘ statement is a lie, I for one hoped was true.- forgive my hope and my ignorance. ‘Black Lives Matter’

      3. And this morning I wake up to the news that at least three Dallas police officers were killed at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in downtown Dallas. I’m not sure my heart can stay intact.
